We lease whole floors — from 427 m² to 2720 m² to a single tenant. One, two or three floors, depending on what you need.
Is there parking?
Yes. A secured site with 170 parking spaces right at the building.
What is included in the rent?
The space itself, cleaning of the common areas and the grounds, 24-hour security and CCTV.
How quickly can we move in?
A floor that is ready — within two weeks of signing. With redecoration or changes to the fit-out — four to six weeks.
Is the building suitable for international teams and client visits?
Yes. There is a panoramic lift, a presentable entrance hall, security staff and well-kept common areas. Client parking is right at the entrance. Ten minutes from the centre and from the airport, with no traffic jams.
What does a long-term arrangement look like?
On a lease of two years or more — the rent is fixed for the whole period and you get first choice of the floors that become free.
